iThink Connect is a suite of products that integrates your Microsoft 365 environment with key information in your Human Resources systems including Financial, Payroll systems and more.

This key information is exposed to your colleagues and frontline workers through the Microsoft 365 Intranet and Microsoft Teams applications hosted on their mobile devices. These integrations give more reason for your teams to connect with the Intranet home page which increases adoption of your Intranet. This in turn increases engagement and the effectiveness of communication. All of this helps ensure your organisation’s strategy is more effectively communicated and your colleagues and team can support and align with the business’s goals and strategy.

Security in mind

iThink Connect has been built with security in mind. It protects the information of your users and the connection between the Microsoft 365 platform and other systems using secured APIs which are protected and hosted within Microsoft Azure. The APIs are secured with Microsoft Entra ID and use the same technology that is used to secure Microsoft 365.

The design and architecture are secure by design with the keys and passwords never being shared between the client and the backend of iThink Connect.

Cost-effective

An important part of iThink Connect is that it is cost-effective. The pricing is based on an annual license which, rather than being a per-user license, is based on organisation size. Our approach to keeping the costs down is by going for value and volume to enable all organisations to benefit from our integrations.

Simple to get started.

iThink Connect is simple to get started. With a simple installation of the iThink Connect component into your SharePoint environment, you will then be guided through a registration process. Once you have signed up for a subscription and provided your connection information to the HR system then your iThink Connect components will start working.

Currently, to keep things easy we will invoice you for the first year and your subscription will automatically renew. We provide a 14-day trial so that you can get comfortable with the product and make sure it does what you expect. If you don’t like it then simply cancel within 14 days and that is it, no more charges.
