See How Our Copilot Workshop Delivers Real ROI for Teams

After helping teams save thousands of pounds in time each year, our Copilot in Practice Workshop is back and it’s easy to see why it’s become one of our most talked-about sessions.

Designed for business leaders who don’t just want to learn about AI, they want to understand how to make it genuinely useful, practical, and profitable for their teams.

This hands-on workshop goes beyond theory; participants experience Copilot in action, working through real business scenarios that reveal just how much time and effort can be saved. In fact, our last session helped teams save over £2,000 per employee each year on average.

When it comes to understanding the impact of Copilot, nothing speaks louder than the experiences of those who’ve already taken part.

One Company Director from Holmfirth summed it up best:

“I walked in curious and left amazed at how much more Copilot could do, we’re now saving hours every week across the business.”

It wasn’t just them, an Operations Manager from Manchester shared a similar experience:

“Natasha was fantastic, she made everything so easy to understand. Our whole team left buzzing with ideas, and it’s completely changed how we work.”

These stories reflect what makes the workshop stand out, it’s not just another training session. It’s a practical, collaborative experience where people see real results before they even leave the room.

Why It’s Different

There’s no shortage of AI or Microsoft 365 training out there but what makes our Copilot in Practice Workshop stand out is its real-world focus.

This isn’t a theory-heavy session filled with slides and buzzwords. It’s a small-group, hands-on workshop where every participant gets the chance to explore how Copilot can make a tangible difference to the way they work.

Throughout the session, you’ll tackle real business challenges, test what Copilot can do, and discover smarter ways to manage everyday tasks, all guided by experts who’ve seen first-hand how AI can transform productivity.

What Happens After the Workshop

Once the hands-on session wraps up, the experience doesn’t end there.

We’ll be staying on for a relaxed lunch provided by The Lost & Found Leeds Club and if you’ve ever eaten there, you’ll know we’re all in for a treat. It’s the perfect time to unwind, enjoy great food, and reflect on what you’ve learned.

After lunch, join us for a few festive networking drinks, where you’ll have the chance to meet others in similar roles and share how you plan to use Copilot in your own organisation.

Many attendees tell us that some of the best ideas come from these post-workshop conversations, swapping experiences, challenges, and quick wins over a drink or two.

It’s a friendly, informal way to round off the day, and we’re genuinely looking forward to being spoilt and you can be too.
