Introducing ‘Photo Sync’ for iThink Connect Sync

For HR teams, keeping Microsoft 365 profile photos up to date has often been more painful than it should be.

When a photo was updated in Breathe HR, it did not flow through to Teams, Outlook or SharePoint. Instead, IT had to step in and upload each image manually, one by one, creating a time-consuming task that few teams have the capacity for.

That’s exactly why we’ve added ‘Photo Sync’ to iThink Connect Sync for Breathe HR.

A Simple but Powerful New Feature – Automatic Photo Synchronisation

We’re excited to announce the launch of Photo Sync for iThink Connect Sync, a new capability that automatically keeps employee photos in sync between Breathe HR and Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365.

Once enabled, Connect Sync checks Breathe HR daily, pulls through the latest employee photos, and updates them across Microsoft 365. This means Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and other apps all stay aligned, with no extra admin for HR or IT.

This update removes a hidden but persistent frustration for many businesses and makes your digital workplace feel friendlier, more connected, and more up to date.

Enable the feature
In iThink Connect for Breathe HR, switch on “Enable Photo Sync”.

Connect Sync checks daily for changes and automatically updates Microsoft 365.
