Lit fibre, through our partner HydrateIT chose iThink 365 to deliver their fibre delivery planning application using the Power Platform. This system will replace an array of manual processes using Microsoft Excel which are difficult to maintain.

The key goals for the project are:

• provide better visibility to the whole business to the status of the builds.
• enable business processes to be automated with approvals.
• improve the way that milestone dates are captured to improve reporting and planning for future towns and cities.

This will enable the business to be more accurate with time estimates and allow it to reduce costs for the delivery of these services to its customers.

Lit fibre chose iThink 365 due to its capability to deliver a proof of concept which showed how the Power Platform would help them achieve their project goals.
