A leading UK-based telecommunications provider has been selected to work with iThink 365 and our partners Teleware 365 and Aptemus to deliver an innovative reporting system.

The Telecoms provider has been managing their inventory reporting and planning using a series of excel spreadsheets.

iThink 365 with our partners, Aptemus and Teleware 365, will deliver a Microsoft Azure-hosted reporting system using Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps which will integrate with several warehouse systems and sales data to provide enhanced reporting and run rate prediction capability.

The project goals include:

• enhanced reporting and forecasting to improve customer service.
• enhanced forecasting to enable more efficient stock management.
• integrate Sales forecast data from Salesforce.

iThink 365 was chosen to deliver the project due to their experience in Power Platform and architecting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions.
