Q2: How does SmartFlo handle meeting context compared to Teams Premium AI note summary? 

Teams Premium AI summaries don’t understand the context or goals of your meeting and you can’t guide it. While Microsoft 365 Copilot allows some prompting, the final output still needs reformatting. SmartFlo , on the other hand, gives you full control through multi-step AI prompts built into custom templates. Each section of your output is intelligently filled based on the exact format and detail you specify.
