There are three different ways to create a new Announcement:

  2. In the command bar, click New > Announcement.
  3. Fill in the announcement details, including the title, message, end date and time, and the target audiences for the announcement.

Viva Connections App in Teams

To create an announcement via the Viva Connections App in Teams, follow these steps:

  3. Click Announcements.
  4. Fill in the announcement details, including the title, message, end date and time, and the target audiences for the announcement.

  2. In the menu, then click Manage Viva Connections.
  3. In the pane that then opens, click Manage Announcements.
  4. Click New Announcement.
  5. Fill in the announcement details, including the title, message, end date and time, and the target audiences for the announcement.
  6. Click Send Announcement.
