We will describe the features and advantages offered by our extensibility service. Additionally, we will explore the technical architecture and implementation details. The document will further showcase some use cases and examples, illustrating how our service seamlessly facilitates users in achieving their goals within the Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 environments.
The service offers a gateway for businesses to investigate and understand the profound impact and benefits of AI capabilities, particularly Generative AI, within their operations.
- Pragmatic Experimental Approach – Recognising the diverse nature of businesses, our pragmatic experimental approach allows for low-risk experimentation. This strategy enables you to test ideas without a huge investment, ensuring feasibility before committing resources.
- Collaborative Process – Starting with a comprehensive discovery workshop, we will engage in discussions to discuss the idea, end goals, and intricacies of the solution. Customers can choose from a 5- or 10-day proof of concept package, during which daily standups and progress updates will take place to keep you informed. Demos may also be presented to keep you updated on the progress being made.
- Post-POC Collaboration -Upon completion, we will present the delivered solution, share key learnings, and discuss the next steps. All code developed during the process is exclusively yours and handed over at the end of the session.
Pre-requisites
To access our service, a subscription to Azure and a Power Platform environment enabled for Azure Open AI Services are required. We will handle the creation and setup within your environment.

How long does it take?
Generally, it is between 2 to 3 weeks but it depends on your use case, the quality of your data, and whether we can integrate with your systems or need to build an API for that integration to happen.
