Simon Doy
Founder
Simon leads iThink 365, combining both strategic direction and hands-on technical expertise. He’s involved across the business, from customer conversations and sales to shaping solutions and guiding the team, always focused on helping organisations solve real problems using Microsoft 365. He enjoys taking customers on a journey, uncovering the root of their challenges, and showing what’s possible through the right combination of technology, ideas, and approach.

Career insight: Built his first intranet in 1999 and has been working with SharePoint since its early days in 2001. Also Helped the Financial Ombudsman move from paper-based PPI cases to a fully digital system, reducing processing time from 12–18 months to 1–2 months at scale

Yvonne Cookson
Head of Operations and Head of Growth
Yvonne keeps everything moving at iThink 365. From overseeing finances, people, planning, and customer experience to working closely with partners and ensuring projects deliver real value, her role sits at the centre of the business. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how she likes it. She’s particularly passionate about helping customers at the start of their digital transformation journey and showing them what’s truly possible.

Abdul Al Hariri
Microsoft 365 Application Developer
Abdul works across the full technical stack at iThink 365, building and maintaining solutions from infrastructure through to application development. From infrastructure as code using Bicep and CI/CD pipelines to developing SPFx web parts, Adaptive Card Extensions, and Power Platform solutions, he’s focused on creating systems that are reliable, scalable, and built to last. He enjoys taking complex technical challenges and turning them into solutions that simply work.

Stuart Harrod
Senior Power Platform Developer
Stuart builds tailored solutions for customers using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, working closely with them from initial requirements through to delivery. His role often involves shaping ideas into practical systems, running regular progress sessions, and ensuring solutions are both effective and future-proof. He particularly enjoys taking reliable Microsoft foundations and customising them to fit exactly how a business needs to operate.

Zoltan Orban
Senior Power Platform Engineer
Zoltan brings broad experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong focus on Power Platform governance, adoption, and scalable solution design. Working across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric and more, he’s known for cutting through complexity and finding the simplest way to solve a problem. Whether delivering a solution or helping someone build it themselves, Zoltan gets the most satisfaction from seeing customers succeed.

Daniel Wanless
Head of Development
Introducing Dan, our forward-thinking Head of Development—a seasoned full-stack web developer with a remarkable journey in the industry that began in August 2000. Beyond his professional prowess, Dan is a devoted father of two, an ardent supporter of Leeds United Football Club, and a multifaceted individual who finds joy in kickboxing, gadgets, gaming, and all things geeky!
In his expansive career, Dan has played a pivotal role in shaping digital solutions for multiple NHS trusts and Public Health England. His contributions include spearheading projects such as Covid tracking apps, ambulance turnaround improvements, electronic staff record solutions, and patient reporting solutions. Specialising in the Microsoft stack, Dan’s expertise revolves around Azure and Microsoft 365, where he has excelled in roles ranging from Senior Developer to Team Leader and Development Mentor.
Dan’s commitment to excellence goes beyond traditional development roles. He is a Microsoft-certified professional in Azure and 365 technologies, having built and released Microsoft-certified PowerBi visualisations. His passion extends to Microsoft Low code technologies, where he champions the use of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
A problem-solving enthusiast, Dan thrives on challenges and is dedicated to helping the team succeed. Growth, Marketing and Project Coordinator
No two days look quite the same for Laura, which is exactly how she likes it! From connecting with customers and creating brochures to designing demos, supporting partners, and helping colleagues across the team, she enjoys being involved wherever she can add value. With a strong focus on the customer perspective, she’s particularly interested in how agents and automation can simplify processes, remove repetitive tasks, and help organisations work more efficiently.
